Wine Tasting Evening & Cancer Fundraiser – May 2012
On May 23rd, we held a Wine Tasting Event in appreciation of individuals who made significant donations to our upcoming Ride to Conquer Cancer.
This fun and successful event was well attended and over $2,300 was raised for the BC Cancer Foundation.
Delicious BC wines were paired with savoury Malaysian food which resulted in some interesting wine education along with very pleased palates!
Special guests this evening included our sponsored athlete, Kevin Jagger, as well as Olympic Gold Medalist, Christine Nesbitt.
