“It starts with picking the agent, kind of a critical stage in selling your house. We interviewed 3 agents and ended up going with Marty… Our final reasoning was he could sell us on himself than he could probably sell our house and he did not disappoint. It was pretty bullet proof all the way through… One area to be stressed is that Marty did a great job, no problems. The experience was great for us.
I just want to stress one small point about Marty and his team. I think the team approach that Marty uses is critical. One person alone can’t service to you properly and can’t sell your house. Marty is a stickler for communication, making sure the team acts as one and I think that’s probably the biggest thing I can say.
