Thanks very much, Marty!  Thanks very much also to Team Pospischil!…… Especially to David’s amazing and wonderful tireless long distance professional, friendly help since we met almost a year ago, with our efforts to e-shop for our perfect home in Vancouver. 🙂  

And then finally a huge thank you to Catherine, who so amazingly picked up the ball in the time crunch when David had to go out of town, and run with all the intricate processes for us (seamlessly) to help us purchase our first home in BC and to make it an extremely enjoyable smooth process of dealing with Team Pospischil!.
