I think we can all agree that we got a result that far exceeded all of our expectations! Thank you guys so much for that!
However, it’s not the result I’m impressed with, but the process you guys run. It is thorough and gave me a great sense that my house had adequately tested the market and we would end up with a fair price. The marketing material, the back office system and 120 groups through is truly impressive.
